If you believe there has been a breech of the Code, you can report it to Damon Cornelius, who is one of the Member Protection Information Officers (MPIO) at the club at Damon@TamarChuringa.com.au. All issues remain completely confidential. 

You can also approach the Northern Hockey Association who may also have MPIOs if you feel it more appropriate.
